Chris Buechler - woodwinds

Christian Buechler has been an instructor of woodwinds since 2001. He has extensive experience in both performance and instruction of solo and ensemble literature for woodwinds. His primary instruments are bassoon and flute and he is also highly knowledgeable in clarinet, saxophone and oboe technique. Chris regards music education as essential to the development of any individual, as they can explore the discipline needed to learn music, the satisfaction of mastering a particular instrument and the sense of camaraderie that comes from making music with like-minded people. Chris is the principal bassoonist for the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and has performed with the Princeton Symphony, the Riverside Symphonia, New Jersey Pops Orchestra, the New Eastman Symphony and the Rutgers Summerfest Orchestra and Rutgers Symphony Orchestra as well as the chamber ensemble the Rutgers College Trio and numerous other chamber groups.
